Who we build for
Life and career coaches, executive and leadership coaches, tutors and test prep teachers, music and language teachers who work online, and independent consultants who bill by the session or the project. If your income depends on hours in a calendar, your website has a narrow job: help the right person understand what you offer, decide which option fits, and book a first conversation without three emails back and forth.
Most sites in this field stall at the decision step. The about page is long, the offers are vague, and the booking link is buried at the bottom. We plan the site the other way around, starting from the booking and working back to the pages that lead to it.
Services
Websites for coaches and consultants
A site that explains your offers in plain words and puts the booking step one tap away.
Booking and session packages
Calendars, session lengths, buffers and package pages set up in the scheduling tool you choose.
Intake forms
The questions you ask before a first session, collected once and sent where you need them.
Newsletter setup
Sign-up forms, a welcome email and a simple template you can send from each month.
Packages, explained without a price list
Many coaches and consultants sell bundles: an intro call, a set number of sessions, check-ins between them and a review at the end. On a website those bundles often turn into a wall of text. We lay each one out so a visitor can see its shape at a glance: how many sessions, how long each one runs, what happens in between. Whether you show prices is your call. Plenty of our clients prefer to discuss them on the intro call, and the page works either way.
Your tools stay yours
You might already pay for a scheduling app, an email platform or a payment processor. We work with what you have when it fits, and suggest a change only when a tool is getting in your way. Every account stays in your name, and we hand over the logins at launch.
What to send
- What you do: coaching, tutoring, consulting, or a mix, and who your clients are
- How people book you today, even if the answer is email and a shared calendar
- Your offers: single sessions, packages, programs or retainers, with session lengths
- Any questions you ask new clients before the first session
- Your newsletter or email tool, if you have one, and roughly how often you send
- Your current website address, a headshot you like, and any dates that matter, such as a program launch
Don't have all of it? Send what you have. We'll list the open questions in our reply.

What finished sites look like

Common questions
How much does a website cost?
It depends on the number of pages and offers, the tools the site connects to, and whether we write the copy. We send a written quote after reading your brief, so you see the full cost before any work starts.
I only need a booking page. Is that enough?
Sometimes it is. A single page with a short bio, your offers and a calendar can carry a new practice for a while. We'll tell you if that's the case for you.
Can I edit the site myself?
Yes. We set up an editor for the parts that change, such as offers, availability notes and your bio, and show you how it works.
Are the drawings and photos on this site real projects?
No. The package cards are concept drawings made for this site, and the photos are labeled AI-generated samples. We don't publish client work without permission.
